Artist Statement
‘Confessions of A Night’ out depicts both a journal entry and a painting. It is intended to capture the messiness of the night I experienced and my own mix of emotions.
‘If artists don’t sit around and smoke, what are they going to do?’ also contains a journal entry of me justifying my love for cigarettes despite its impact on my health.
